If it is not already a regular practice, engaging in meditation would be a great practice to embrace. Many years ago I asked a Buddhist monk, "What kind of meditation do you practice?" He answered, "None". That's the moment it clicked for me. Sitting, laying, standing, walking, bench pressing, laughing, smelling a flower, and many other things became meditative; dry, wet, happy, angry, or sad. It suddenly wasn't mystical. It no longer had a style to try. Life is a powerful force that can knock you off balance. Fall perpetually, meditate. Clarity becomes a universal blanket. You will still be angry. You will still be sad. You will still be funny. You will still be happy. You will still be sexy. You will still be greedy. You will still be generous. You will still desire. You will still be desired. You will still be here. You will still be there. You will still be you. You will still. You will still. You will still. Still.
